Shipping Information
When you’re ready to hold your cards in hand, request shipping from your vault and we’ll take care of the rest. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Once you request shipping, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. During this time, your card is carefully removed from our secure storage, inspected, and packaged for safe transit.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
USPS First Class
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing. Tracking included. Best for standard shipments.
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing. Tracking and insurance included. Recommended for higher-value cards.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at launch. We are working to expand shipping to additional countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates on international availability.
Insurance
All cards with a value of $100 or more are automatically shipped with insurance at no extra cost. For cards under $100, you may add insurance at checkout for a small fee. We recommend insuring any shipment you want extra protection for.
Packaging
Every card is shipped in a rigid top-loader inside a padded bubble mailer or small box to prevent damage during transit. High-value cards receive additional protective packaging to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our facility.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number. You can also view tracking status from your vault or order history.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@smackedhits.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any photos of damage. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
