Smacked Hits is an online platform where you can open packs of authentic, professionally graded Pokémon cards. Every card in our inventory is verified by top grading companies such as PSA, BGS, and CGC. You can collect, trade, sell back, or have your cards shipped directly to you.

When you purchase a pack, you’ll see a live reveal of your cards. Each card is randomly assigned from our verified inventory based on published pack odds. Once revealed, the card is added to your vault where you can decide what to do with it—keep it, list it on the marketplace, sell it back, or request shipping.

Absolutely. Every card on Smacked Hits is a real, physically graded card from a reputable grading company. We verify each card before it enters our inventory, and you can view the grading details (grade, cert number, grading company) for every card on the platform.

When you request shipping for a card in your vault, we carefully package and ship it to your address via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for processing plus transit time. Cards valued over $100 include insurance automatically. International shipping is not available at launch.

Pro membership is our premium tier that gives you access to exclusive packs, higher sell-back values, reduced marketplace fees, bonus rewards points, and priority shipping. You can learn more and subscribe on the Membership page.

If you pull a card you don’t want to keep, you can sell it back to Smacked Hits for instant wallet credit. The sell-back value is based on the card’s current market value and your membership tier. Pro members receive higher sell-back rates.

You earn rewards points every time you open packs, make purchases on the marketplace, or complete special challenges. Points can be redeemed for wallet credit, exclusive packs, and other perks. Check the Rewards page to see your current balance and available redemptions.

Yes! You can send and receive trade offers with other Smacked Hits members through our trading system. Both parties must accept the trade before any cards change hands, ensuring a safe and fair experience for everyone.
